Some Popular Treatments

Reflexology

Profoundly relaxing and balancing treatment performed on the feet to encourage health and vitality. It differs to a massage because rather than focusing on releasing tension in the soft tissue of the foot itself the reflexologist works on very specific reflex points on the foot that connect energetically to the body as a whole, releasing blockages and supporting the body’s innate healing abilities. Hugely beneficial in counteracting the effects of stressful lives and a favourite among expectant mothers (after the first trimester) to alleviate discomfort.

Swedish Massage

The quintessential massage therapy, Swedish massage uses a harmonious combination of different strokes and firm and gentle pressure to soothe away knotted, tense muscles. It is known for its ability to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve circulation while also helping to alleviate pain and improve flexibility. Many people find that Swedish massage is a great way to unwind and de-stress, while also improving their physical and mental well-being.

Hot Stone Massage

Uses smooth volcanic basalt stones heated, and oiled, to smoothly but firmly work into tense and knotty muscles. The stones are an effective medium for retaining heat and, combined with the massaging action on the muscles, relaxes and releases muscular tension. Overly tense muscles can hinder the massage procedure, so if your muscles are extremely tight or stiff, the heated stones may provide the extra relaxation you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles.

Testimonials

I booked a 1 hour massage with Sarah and wished I'd gone for 90 minutes! My many knots were expertly teased out and I felt like a new man afterwards. Thanks Sarah!

Avery Smith

My wife and I both had treatments here at the beginning of our week stay. We booked a hot stones, and a warm bamboo massage in advance.

I had the hot stones and it was total bliss. My wife had the warm bamboo and said it was fabulous.
We would certainly book again the next time we are back.

I go to see Sara every year when I’m on holiday.
I usually have the aromatherapy massage 90 minutes but this year I split the treatment to 45 minutes back neck and shoulder and had the remaining 45 minutes having the reflexology treatment. I can only describe the treatments as amazing.
The reflexology is the best I have ever experienced.
